We were traveling through on 30 e, needed a place within walking distance of where our RV was parked. I found this place and we were extremely pleased! The soup and cornbread they start you with was worth the price of the meal! Try the house dressing, you won't be disappointed. The portions are sufficiently abundant for anyone. The chopped steak and stuffed flounder were excellent! As for the service, it was phenomenal! Our waitress was wonderful and attentive, even while taking special care of a group of 5 very elderly people at the next table. It was amazing to watch her seeing to all of her customers, but giving loving care to those sweet older ladies and gentlemen. We highly recommend you go to Cattlemens!
Very classy establishment. Food was fantastic and service was top notch. Best steak I've ever had and cooked just right. Many places will serve you a medium rare steak when rare is requested but Cattleman's did it exactly as requested. I live in central Texas but will definitely stop in the next time I'm in town.
Not the normal Good meal we were accustomed to eating at Cattleman's . Service was not the best but she tried . Food was Slow getting to us and was not the normal High quality they usually have . All in all a 3 out of a possible 5 Stars . Satisfactory . Not the normal EXCELLENT .
