Nice food.. Pleasant waitress... Good atmosphere
Waited at table for food for 45 minutes then the waitress come back to tell us they were out of ribs never had brought our appetizers we had to ask for them twice then the waitress told us that she had knew all day that they were out of ribs and was nice at first but then had a attitude terrible experience
Easy place for dinner. Cold beer. Good entrees. Server was great. Very attentive.
Not what I'm used to when eating at chili's service was terrible because they were short handed and the food was not up to par I will not be going back to this chili's when visiting Texarkana
Upon arrival it was 3:00. We were seated 5 minutes after we made it in the door. We were given menus and 5 to 7 minutes later the waitress arrived and gave us our drinks and cutlery. One of the drinks were wrong. We gave our order with our food but at 3:30 the waitress came ro tge rable and told us that they didnt have abny more of what we ordered. So we would have to order something else. I asked if she just found out. She replies,"No Ive kbown we were out all day." we ordered somthing else and still had yet to receice our appetizers. Once we did it was cold. We had chips and salsa. Then 15 minutes after we got our Appetizers we got our food. The loades mashed potatos were cold, the broccoli was too. One order of ribs had no meat it was more like skin and had to be returned. One of the customers that arrived with us received her food once everyone at the table had finished. The service was poor. Our food was served on paper. The food was worse than mediocre and the bill was even incorrect. Everyone that I dined in with was disatisfied.
