Gotta have my popcorn chicken
I use to love KFC but for the past 6 months every single time I go to place an order they never get my order correct. When I ask for my meal or food to be a specific way there is always a cashier at the window who feels like she's doing me a favor and gives me what she wants me to have. I've checked myself and changed my approach each time but I get the same horrible service. Your food is too expensive to not get what your paying for. Customer service goes a long way.
