The chicken tortilla soup is amazing!! They give a good amount in the bowl for a meal, and are very quick.
Wife and I ordered food to go. She ordered the Turkey Cobb with no bacon and it had bacon on it. She is allergic to pork. We looked at ticket and it did not say no bacon so we don't blame the kitchen. Floors were very dirty. Two managers leaning against the office door talking about video games in full view of several dirty tables and straw wrappers on the floor. I gave two stars because the fire roasted soup was good...but that's not due to the cafe. I'm sure it is brought in frozen. Sloppy work people.

McAlister's Texarkana is great place for lunch and dinner alike. The staff is amazing. The food is always received on time and great! And it's always clean.
Lived up to the McAlisters standard. Good food, good price, fast service, clean environment. Great place to stop when traveling. Quick in and out and heathly choices.
Adding in house made ranch dressing to all the other available freshly prepared & quality food selections on the menu would garner a 5 star review!
If only their ranch dressing was prepared fresh on site... the fresh high quality menu items deserve to be dressed with an equally fresh & high quality product. Save the bottled dressing for a bagged salad.
