I went last Sunday and bought $40 worth of food, on the way home I notice one fry missing, turned around went back. Once I got home realized we had one meal minus the drink missing. We called and spoke with the manager because a second time returning would cause the food to get cold and everyone was ready to eat. Manager says "no problem, next time your near here come in and I'm going to write your name down" went today and they needed my receipt, managers name, and said it was almost a week ago and that would "mess up their food orders" not once did the employee see if the name was wrotr down. The manager never said to bring my receipt. So that's twice I've went up there for their mistake and they want me to return again with the receipt. Should have went to whataburger

Food was good and cooked properly but service extremely slow. Cars backed up in drive thru and long line inside.
